"Shaylah and Austin were both super helpful today. Had to place a claim. They helped me by explaining and answering all my questions. Shaylah even called me back quickly when there was a question she needed answered. She took care of putting the claim in for me and having it sent to the shop. The best thing about all this, I didn’t have to wait on hold calling some 800 number and speaking to someone in another country that I can’t understand them. I just called straight to my insurance office here in town and it was handled in less than 30 minutes. This IS customer service at its finest. Love them!"
