I started with Jason’s agency in 2005 and I truly work hard to help people understand their options for insurance and financial services. Because of my knowledge in Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance, I thoroughly enjoy holding in-depth account reviews with our customers. Many years of experience will ensure your needs are met and that you laugh along the way. I take time to talk with everyone about the importance of Life insurance to protect those we value most. My greatest love is spending time with my accomplished daughter, Allison, whom I raised in Madras and is a recent graduate of The University of Puget Sound. I also enjoy traveling and reading great books.

I have been with Jason Hertel State Farm since 2012. I am licensed in Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Renters Insurance. I also have an extensive background in customer service. That being said, my primary role in the office is providing remarkable customer service which includes, billing, claim handling, problem solving and much more. My husband Scott and I are both Madras High School graduates and love our community! We are long time Lions Club members and enjoy serving in Jefferson County. Scott and I also have 4 amazing children who keep us on our toes with many activities & antics. If I can find a few minutes to spare, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, mixed-media art, and a get-away to the Oregon Coast any chance I can.

I have been part of Jason Hertel's State Farm Agency since 2018 and enjoy working with this great group of people. I can do many things for this team, but my primary role is signing up new customers, and customer service. I am licensed to help with Auto Insurance, Home and Renters Insurance, Business Insurance, as well as Life and Health Insurance. I really enjoy helping people with all of their insurance needs. Insurance can be a complex industry - I can provide great value to our customers by taking whatever time is needed to help them understand what they are buying or already paying for. When I am not helping customers with insurance needs, I enjoy barbecueing, working in the yard, and spending time with family. I have been with Jason Hertel State Farm since 2014 after graduating from The University of Phoenix. My primary role in the office includes helping existing customers obtain insurance, marketing, and signing up new customers. Many of our customers want help in protecting what is most important to them – Family! Life Insurance is a great way to accomplish this. I am passionate about our local agriculture. I am a 4th generation Madras local and active with the Madras FFA Alumni. My husband, Mikko, and I stay busy outside of the office raising 3 active boys with a love of the outdoors.

I have been with Jason Hertel State Farm since 2021 after spending many years in the medical field. I am currently licensed in Auto insurance, Homeowners Insurance, and Renters Insurance. My Primary role in the office is customer service. I enjoy helping customers with their accounts. My co-worker Nichole and I just started a new 4-H club, “Born in a Barn”. I grew up involved in 4-H and FFA, showing cattle - I’m very excited to give back to those organizations! My boyfriend Tanner and I were born and raised in Central Oregon. We love to be outdoors with our three dogs and spending time with friends and family.
